Attorney Cunningham’s “down to earth,” organized, and thorough approach to each case is well respected among Chicago’s real estate professionals. As her clients have described:
“In 2014 having tried unsuccessfully for four and a half years to sell our home in the Chicago suburbs, we were in desperate need of relief from our real estate burden. We had dealt with several professionals in the past that were unable to get the task done. In April 2014, we contracted with a wonderful real estate Agent, experienced in short sales. Through her, we were very fortunate to be introduced to Kathleen Creswell Cunningham LTD’s law firm.”
“What Kathleen Creswell Cunningham LTD accomplished for us in 2014, and the way it was done was simply truly outstanding. They helped us to accomplish in months what seemed impossible over the past four years. If you find yourself in need of an experienced and knowledgeable team to champion your cause, then look no further. We highly recommend them!”
With Kathleen’s extensive experience, be assured that she can protect your family’s lifetime legal interests through the professional and meaningful practice of law. She’s an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association.
